01 How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a tool. Axon AI is an implementation. We design, build, and connect AI agents to your existing software — WhatsApp Business, your CRM, your billing system. A ChatGPT account on your phone doesn't respond to your leads at 11 PM, update your CRM automatically, or send billing reminders on a schedule. A configured AI agent does.
02 We're not a tech company. Can we actually manage this?
Yes. We design every system with your team's actual capacity in mind. You don't manage the AI — it runs in the background. You receive a dashboard and clear escalation rules so your team only sees what needs their attention. We also train your staff during go-live and stay available after launch.
03 What does the implementation actually involve on our side?
Your main commitment is the discovery week — about four to six hours of structured conversations and document sharing so we can map your workflows accurately. After that, we handle the build and configuration. You review the agent design before we go live and participate in the launch session. Ongoing, the system runs itself.
04 What software and channels do you connect to?
We connect to WhatsApp Business (via the official API), major CRMs including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Zoho, Google Workspace, and most billing and scheduling software in common use in Mexico. If you use a custom or proprietary system, we assess the integration options during the discovery audit.
05 How long until we're live?
For a standard single-agent deployment, the timeline is four weeks from signed agreement to go-live. Complex multi-agent systems or deep custom integrations may extend this. We give you an accurate timeline after the discovery audit — not before, because an honest estimate requires understanding your actual stack.
06 What happens if the AI says something wrong to a patient or client?
Every agent we build has explicit escalation rules: the categories of questions it handles, the ones it flags for a human, and the ones it declines entirely. We configure these thresholds with you during the design phase. The agent does not improvise outside its defined scope. Sensitive topics (legal advice, clinical diagnosis, financial specifics) always escalate to a human.
07 Do you work only in Mexico?
Our sector expertise is focused on Mexican SMBs — we know the software, the regulatory context, and the communication norms. We serve clients throughout Mexico and can discuss remote engagements with businesses in Latin America on a case-by-case basis.
